Yes! Our foundry is a flexible job shop, which allows us to tailor the casting processes to your specifications.

Yes! Our casting process can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys.

Yes! We cast corrosion resistant replacement parts for mining equipment.

We use a combination of sand mixtures and special washes for superior valve casting finishes.

Yes! We pour a wide variety of alloys which are corrosion resistant. These corrosion resistant alloys are frequently used for casting pumps and valves.

We pour predominantly stainless steels. We also pour gray iron, ductile iron, nickel base, non-leaded bronzes, and low carbon steels.

For all but the bronze alloys we have a pour weight capacity of 4,000 lbs.  This typically translates into castings of 2,000 lbs. or less depending upon the yield.

For bronze alloys we have a pour weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. or roughly a casting of 500 lbs. or less.
