Pattern Construction and Maintenance
Northern Stainless offers a full service pattern shop as well as partnering with several local pattern shops. This structure allows us to balance workloads for quick turn around and provides access to state-of-the-industry design software for any situation from reverse engineering castings to refurbishing existing tooling.
At Northern Stainless we understand that a customer’s tooling is one of the biggest investment they make and we take the responsibility of storing and maintaining their patterns seriously. Our pattern storage facility is onsite, climate controlled, in an alarmed building and under video surveillance.
Each set of tooling is given a unique location in our warehouse and cataloged in our tooling database with photos and a description of all components.
